These Terms apply to the website and services offered by ATX Brake Mobile, operated by QUERALES ENTERPRISE LLC.
Services
ATX Brake Mobile provides mobile automotive brake-related services in eligible service areas. Availability may depend on vehicle type, location, weather, parts availability, technician availability, and other operational factors.
Estimates and authorization
Pricing or estimates may be subject to vehicle inspection and confirmation of required parts and services. Work is performed only after appropriate customer authorization.
Appointments
Appointment times and arrival windows may be affected by traffic, weather, parts availability, prior service conditions, and other circumstances. We may contact customers when an appointment needs to be adjusted.
Service-related SMS messages
Customers may voluntarily opt in to receive service-related SMS messages from ATX Brake Mobile. These messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling and rescheduling updates, technician arrival notifications, service status updates, completion notifications, and customer care responses.
SMS program terms: Message frequency varies based on your appointment and service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of messages from the applicable sending number. Reply HELP for assistance when available. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or scheduling ATX Brake Mobile services.
Opting out of SMS does not cancel an existing appointment, authorized service, payment obligation, or warranty matter. After an SMS opt-out, we may use another lawful communication method when reasonably necessary to administer an existing transaction.
Marketing communications
Consent to these Terms, provision of a phone number, or consent to service-related SMS does not by itself constitute consent to receive promotional or marketing text messages when separate consent is required. ATX Brake Mobile will obtain separate consent for marketing messages when required.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, contact, and location information and ensuring the vehicle is safely accessible at the agreed service location.
Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent service requests, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how ATX Brake Mobile collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information, including mobile numbers and SMS consent records.
