Prices or service recommendations provided through our website or online estimator are preliminary and are based on the vehicle and service information available at the time.

An online estimate is not:

• a physical vehicle inspection;
• a final diagnosis;
• a guarantee that a particular part will fit the vehicle;
• a guarantee that additional issues will not be discovered; or
• a determination that a vehicle is safe to drive.

The final service and price will be based on the vehicle, applicable parts, actual conditions observed, and the work authorized by the customer.

Our technicians inspect the vehicle and components reasonably related to the service being requested.

A brake inspection or brake repair is not a complete inspection of the entire vehicle.

There may be hidden, unrelated, or previously existing conditions that cannot reasonably be identified during the requested brake service.

If we discover an additional condition that affects the requested repair, we will explain the issue and may recommend additional work.

We will not perform additional chargeable repair work without your authorization.

An appointment request or online estimate does not authorize ATX Brake Mobile to perform repairs.

Before work begins, the applicable services and charges must be authorized through the Service Agreement / Repair Authorization or another approved service document.

My Service is the ATX Brake Mobile customer portal and provides customers with convenient access to information related to their appointments and services.

Depending on the status of the appointment or service, customers may use My Service to:

• review appointment details;
• reschedule or cancel an eligible appointment;
• review estimates or service information;
• follow the status of an active service;
• review completed service information;
• access invoices, service photographs, or warranty information when available; and
• submit a support or warranty request related to a service.

Information displayed through My Service reflects the records associated with the applicable ATX Brake Mobile transaction.

My Service is provided for customer convenience and does not replace a physical vehicle inspection, technician evaluation, Service Agreement / Repair Authorization, or other service-specific documentation when one is required.

Information provided through our website, estimator, My Service, text messages, telephone calls, automated tools, or other remote communications should not be treated as confirmation that a vehicle is safe to drive.

If your vehicle has significantly reduced braking ability, an immediate brake-system safety concern, or otherwise appears unsafe to operate, do not drive the vehicle based on information from our website, estimator, My Service, or other remote communication.

ATX Brake Mobile is not an emergency-response, towing, or roadside-rescue service.

Mobile service requires a safe and reasonably suitable work area.

ATX Brake Mobile may decline, pause, relocate, or reschedule a service when the location, weather, vehicle position, traffic, property restrictions, or surrounding conditions do not allow the work to be performed safely.

Unless ATX Brake Mobile specifically agrees otherwise in writing, parts installed during our services are supplied or approved by ATX Brake Mobile.

We do not normally install customer-supplied parts or provide labor-only installation using parts purchased independently by the customer.

ATX Brake Mobile may use automated or AI-assisted tools to support estimates, scheduling, communications, customer service, and other service-related functions.

These tools are intended to assist our operations. They do not replace an appropriate physical inspection or professional judgment when one is required.

An automated or AI-assisted response is not, by itself, a final vehicle diagnosis or vehicle-safety determination.

Our estimates and preparation may depend on information you provide about your vehicle.

Please provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and let us know about known modifications or conditions that may affect the requested service.

You are not expected to diagnose your own vehicle.

If you are uncertain about an estimate, recommendation, or service, contact ATX Brake Mobile before authorizing the work.

For an existing appointment or completed service, My Service is the easiest way to review the available information and request assistance.
