QUERALES ENTERPRISE LLC, doing business as ATX Brake Mobile

Effective Date: August 15, 2026 Austin, Texas

We want our customers to feel confident in the work performed by ATX Brake Mobile. Unless a different warranty period is specifically stated in your Service Agreement, invoice, or other service documentation, eligible brake services performed by ATX Brake Mobile include a 24-month limited warranty on eligible parts supplied by ATX Brake Mobile and our workmanship.

01

What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers eligible issues related to:

  • defects in eligible parts supplied and installed by ATX Brake Mobile; and
  • problems directly caused by the workmanship of the original ATX Brake Mobile service.

Warranty coverage applies only to the parts and work included in the original eligible service.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover problems caused by conditions unrelated to the original ATX Brake Mobile service, including:

  • normal wear and tear;
  • accidents, collisions, road hazards, or external damage;
  • misuse, abuse, racing, or abnormal vehicle use;
  • modifications made after our service;
  • repairs or alterations performed by another person or repair provider;
  • unrelated mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, suspension, wheel, tire, or other vehicle problems;
  • damage caused by a separate vehicle condition;
  • corrosion or deterioration unrelated to our workmanship;
  • customer-supplied parts; or
  • conditions that were identified or recommended for repair but were declined and are unrelated to the warranted work.

The warranty does not guarantee that unrelated vehicle components will not require repair in the future.

Making a Warranty Claim

Warranty support is designed to be simple.

The easiest way to request warranty assistance is through My Service, our customer portal, by submitting a warranty support ticket for the vehicle or completed service.

You may also contact ATX Brake Mobile by email or SMS.

Because ATX Brake Mobile maintains the customer, vehicle, service, parts, invoice, and warranty information associated with completed services, customers are generally not required to provide extensive documentation to begin a warranty request.

We may ask for additional information if reasonably necessary to understand the issue or locate the correct service record.

ATX Brake Mobile may need to inspect the vehicle and affected components before determining whether the concern is covered under the warranty.

Whenever reasonably possible, please allow ATX Brake Mobile an opportunity to inspect a potential warranty issue before another repair provider performs corrective work.

If the Issue Is Covered

If ATX Brake Mobile determines that an issue is covered by this Warranty Policy, we will correct the qualifying workmanship issue or repair or replace the eligible covered part, as appropriate.

There is no charge to the customer for covered warranty work performed by ATX Brake Mobile.

Warranty remedies apply only to the covered condition.

Unless required by applicable law or specifically agreed to in writing, warranty coverage does not include:

  • unrelated repairs or upgrades;
  • towing;
  • transportation costs;
  • rental vehicles;
  • lost income;
  • lost time; or
  • other incidental or consequential expenses.

Work Performed by Another Repair Provider

We understand that emergencies can happen.

If another repair provider must perform work before ATX Brake Mobile has an opportunity to inspect the vehicle, please keep any invoice, photographs, inspection findings, or other information that may help us understand what occurred.

Having another provider inspect the vehicle does not automatically cancel your warranty.

However, ATX Brake Mobile is not responsible for damage, additional problems, or repair costs caused by or resulting from work performed by another provider.
